May 2011 Police Blotter

Graffiti Artist Caught On Campus

Graffiti has cropped up all over Seton Hill University’s (SHU) campus.  The most prevalent student graffiti artist, deemed “Lex,” was finally nabbed.  Officer Michael Dell caught the perpetrator after he placed one of his signature stickers on a SHU van.

Officer Dell discussed with Officer William Vokes the punishments that the student will face.

The  unnamed student has been told to personally remove all traces of his graffiti from campus property.  If the student fails to do so, a professional company will be brought in to remove the graffiti.  The graffiti artist will then be responsible for providing the funds to pay the bill.

If the vandal fails to remove the graffiti himself or pay the bills for a cleaning crew to do so, he will face criminal charges.
