Women’s golf coach Carolyn Thompson has high hopes for her team. The team – made up of three freshman, two sophomores, a junior and a senior – has been working towards success both now and in the future.
“We’re working hard and learning new shots in order to build a stronger foundation that should elicit greater success in the fall,” Thompson said.
Asked about the season thus far, Thompson replied, “We’re scheduling competitions with stronger opponents and difficult golf courses so we can mature as we have a very young team.”
