Daily dessert choices vary, sometimes featuring items such as carrot cake, tiramisu and a raspberry cheesecake that makes you almost want to skip the first course.

In addition to the sit down area of the restaurant, the Rialto also houses a full-service bar, and the attached Baldy’s Pizza offers various pizzas and take-out items for meals on-the-go.

The food is fairly priced and a couple can easily dine for around $25. The Rialto has long been a favorite spot for college students, dating back to previous generations.

The dark lighting and soft music of the restaurant provides a nice area to simply unwind from a long day. Ultimately, The Rialto appears to take a great deal of pride in their business, as quality is focused on as a main priority.

According to the information found on the menus of The Rialto, the building has seen many changes in names and ownerships throughout the years. Under the ownership of the Montuori family, the restaurant has operated under the name The Rialto since 1933, only changing its name to “Dom’s” for a short time between renovations.

Today, Mr. and Mrs. John Rullo, who are in the fourth generation of the Montuori family, own and operate The Rialto.
