Therapy dog cuddles with stressed students

Vinnie, a Scottish Deerhound, visited campus with his owner Karen Winter today to help students relieve stress during tests and projects. A retired show dog and winner of the bronze in the Westminster Kennel Club Show, Vinnie now spends his days traveling the country.

“He loves people,” Winter said.

The visit was held in the campus ministry lounge from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Winter said she expects more visits to take place in the future, but with some new faces to pet and play with.
