Ingredients:
- Box of cake mix (chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, etc.) (I used vanilla)
- Cupcake pan
- Cupcake holders
- Vanilla Icing
- Food coloring (based on school colors or color of choice)
- Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Hershey Bar
- Licorice
Recipe:
- Mix together the ingredients on the box of cake mix
- Bake the cupcakes in the pan with holders at the directed temperature with the correct amount of time
- Take the cupcakes out and let cool for ten minutes
- While the cupcakes are cooling, unwrap the Reese’s, break off one square at a time of the Hershey bar and tear small sized licorice
- In a separate bowl, combine the icing and the food coloring of your choice. I used red since Seton Hill University colors are red and gold
- Once the cupcakes are cool, apply some icing on the top of the cupcake with a knife and spread around evenly
- After the icing is on each cupcake, put the mini Reese cup face down on the icing
- Apply a dime size of icing to the top of the Hershey square and place on top of the face down Reese cup
- Apply a very small dot of icing on top of the Hershey square on the size for the licorice
- Put the licorice on that dot of icing and let hang on the side
- Once the licorice is put on the cupcake, let the cupcakes cool
- Enjoy!!
