From August 18-21, Seton Hill University (SHU) welcomed a variety of students onto its campus. The final Setonian Day was held on August 18, a day before the freshmen class arrived on campus. They engaged in activities, including information sessions and outdoor races.
All new freshman students made their first journey to SHU on Friday, hauling their lives into either Brownlee Hall, Havey Hall or DeChantal Hall. Activities were planned over the weekend for the freshman class, including Waterpalooza, which featured a giant slip n’ slide on DeChantal lawn.Saturday brought an alumni brunch filled with food, fun and some interesting dancing.Sunday exhibited the return of all upperclassmen to SHU campus.
All of the new and returning students can enjoy Welcome Week, which occurs during the first week of classes. Activities are planned for each night and include movie showings, a foam dance and tye-dying.
