Saying goodbye to the winter weather

The snow is still here but it won’t be for long! With Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction and the warmer weather we have experienced, it might be a good idea to take in the sights while it’s still here.

It seems as though the seasons have changed right under our noses while we have been cramming for tests, solving the complicated equations and putting the finishing touches on that 12 page essay. When you walk outside you can finally feel the warmth from the sun and the slight scent of spring is subtle, but present.

As for what to expect, according to the 2-Month Weather Forecast at www.almanac.com, March should be a nice temperature to keep us cool. The prediction shows some showers and the occasional flurry but quickly warming up for the warmer months.

As Spring and Summer approaches, Seton Hill University is moving along with the season. Looking on Happenings on Griffins Lair, there is always an event going on.

Some welcome Spring with open arms, while others hope for one more snowfall, whichever category you fit into, there is something to look forward to during this time of transition.
