Pop Up Coffee Cart Appears on Campus

By OCEANA FELIPE-SIRNIC

Seton Hill’s Aramark Dining Services has come up with a new way to reach students around campus and get students excited.

Starting in January, they began offering Coffee Bar Pop-Ups.

These carts rotate through various campus locations until sold out, with Dining Services sending same-day email reminders to keep students informed.

Andrea Byer, Food Service Director stated, “They offer a variety of different flavors such as Red Velvet, Smores, Bananas Foster, Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream.”

The Smores have been the cart’s biggest hit, with sell outs. Each cup costs $6.00, people can pay by cash, flex or credit.

With positive reviews by students, faculty, and staff, Byer stated, “They appreciate having these pop‑ups on campus, especially because they create something fun and energizing for students during the week.”
